Refund policy

Return: we offer 14 days from delivery for returns.

condition of returnred items: unworn, unwashed, original tags attached,free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair or damage of any form.

refund method: we refund vouchers whivh permits you to mske another purchase.  This will br done 24-48hours after recriving the return.

exceptions: we will refund the item price only on some specific items decided by us.

note: if you are not completely satisfied with your purvhase, you can return eligible items within 25 days of delivery.           

If we make a mistake with your ordet or your itemarrives damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no adfitional cost.
