• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
• During periods of high demand, hollidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer

Lost, Stolen, Delayed packages

We arenot responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbours or your local delivery office.
